To pick up keys to open the office:

• They Key is available for check out from the front desk of the S and A office on the 3rd floor of the Cab. Your name must be on the list of those with permission to check out a key. If you want to check out a key and are not already on the list, speak to either Haley or Alejandra and we can get you on the list.
• You can check out the key at any time.
• If you need to turn it in after the S and A office has closed, leave it in the blue metal drop box outside the door of the S and A offices.

If you want to have office hours ( a set time to be in the office at the same time a week):

• Simply sign up on the office hours schedule on line.
• Be sure to let Haley or Alejandra know when you'll be in the office.
• Try to pick a time that is not already taken. Feel free to use the office on a Saturday or Sunday if you want to.
  

If you are plan on being in the office:

• Please be aware of the different events or activities that are going on in WoCC so that you can answer any questions that someone may have. You can always direct people to this website.
  
• Feel free to do your homework, read, use the computer. What ever you want. But definitely make yourself available to people who stop by.
  
• Please be conscious of the purposes of the office when you invite people in. The WoCC office is open to all members of the community, but it is first and foremost a space for women of color. Timing is important when inviting people in. Use your discretion and everyone will be happy. Most people are respectful of the space, and this is important to maintain. We definitely want the office to be available to the community!
• Food is encouraged, but what you bring in be sure to take out! Please don't leave anything in the trash that will invite critters or bugs in. Haley does not want to have to commit fruit fly genocide again!
  
• Be respectful, if you make a mess, clean it. If someone else makes a mess, make sure they clean it themselves. That sort of thing.
